Our client in Oranmore, Galway is now offering an exciting opportunity for a Structural Design Engineer . If you are a highly skilled structural design professional, this is a superb opportunity to develop your career. As a Structural Design Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing a variety of structural engineering projects, from initial design through to production. In this challenging role, you will prepare structural calculations for a wide range of projects, including multi-storey buildings and carparks, and design high quality pre-cast products that meet specifications. Liaising with customers and in-house Design Teams, you will respond to a variety of technical queries and provide key project guidance. Additionally, you will work with a multi-disciplinary team made up of Quantity Surveyors and Technicians. To be considered for this role, you must have: At least two years experience in a structural design engineering role, with reinforced concrete experience, A third level degree, A strong working knowledge of building regulations, Previous site experience an advantage, Excellent communication, prioritisation and multi-tasking skills, Excellent attention to detail and a customer focused approach.
