European Regional Sales Manager : Wins, Maintains, and Expands relationships with assigned channel partners, responsible for achieving aggressive sales growth, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives in France, Italy, Spain and Portugal. Responsibilities of the European Regional Sales Manager. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth and strategic objectives in assigned partner. accounts. Establishes productive, professional and trustful relationships with key personnel in assigned. partner accounts. Maximize partner mind share through regular face-to-face meetings and joint end user meetings in each region. Manage the development of the Channel Partner Project Pipeline through an aggressive qualification process and accelerate the close rate within the Channel. Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including FAE and Technical support, Marketing services, and senior management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners' expectations. Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship. Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis. Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources. Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement. Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements. Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners. Proactively recruit new qualifying partners in the region. European Regional Sales Manager Position Requirements. Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Business or equivalent combination of education and related work experience. Ability to quickly understand and articulate complex technolgy and business concepts internaly and. externaly. Proven track record of achieving aggressive sales targets. Minimum of five year's experience in Channel Partner Management and/or Sales Management, Business Development at an International level ESSENTIAL. French, Spanish or Italian Language a plus but not mandatory. Excellent presentation skills. Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, at times on very short notice.
