Our client is looking for Software Quality Engineers to join their team in Galway on a permanent contract. The Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer provides support in a dynamic engineering and development environment. SQA Engineer responsibilities include: Creating and implementing the program quality plan. Defining and documenting supplier requirements. Verifying and accepting work products prior to release. Scheduling and conducting process/product audits and code reviews. Monitoring corrective/preventive action systems. Interaction with engineering and program management. Interface with customer requirements. Education Requirements; Engineering degree. Professional Experience; 5 – 10 years of experience in the Software Quality Assurance / Software Development field. Experience with the software development process, systems engineering methodologies, and test techniques. Experience in conducting quality assessments of developed software.
