Our client in Co. Galway have an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to join their team as a Product Line Industrial Administrator on a permanent full-time basis. You will be responsible for completing the daily administration activities to support each member of the PL Industrial Team in the execution of their roles. The successful candidate will have advanced Microsoft office skills, with outstanding attention to detail and be able to effectively work on their initiative as well as within a team. Key Responsibilities: Compile Weekly/Monthly Dashboard Performance Data for review. Maintain Dashboard Open Issues & Distribute to Product Line. Open daily 5MM with rapid review of previous day’s top 3 priorities. Record & distribute any agreed actions. Preparation/circulation of agendas for visits to mother/daughter sites, customer visits, suppliers etc. Recording & circulation of meeting minutes. Support the PL Industrial Team in generation of presentations. Manage travel bookings. Maintain travel planning schedule and distribute to PL directors. Manage PL industrial team holiday requests. Review expense claims to ensure compliance with procedures in advance approval sign-off by PL industrial director. Qualifications: Third level business qualification or 6+ years in a business environment. Minimum 4+ years’ experience in a similar role within a multi-national organisation. High level of administration & computer skills. Strong experience in Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
