As Manufacturing Engineer you will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a team of engineering professionals, you will be responsible for ensuring maximum efficiency and enhancing processes on the manufacturing line. Your Responsibilities: Involved with the improvement of existing manufacturing processes interfacing with production and engineering groups in resolving problems encountered on the production floor. Perform process validations, software validation. Equipment development and optimisation. Process FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis) review and update. Scheduling, Planning and review of project activities. Update revision of Work Instructions to reflect current practice. Update of Shop Floor Documentation to reflect current practice. Troubleshooting equipment and process issues. Requirements: The successful candidate will have a degree in Science or Engineering with at least 4 years Manufacturing Engineer experience preferably Medical Device. Process Development/Characterization experience. Experience writing Process and or Validation Documents. Validation experience (IQ, OQ, PQ. Benefits. Life Assurance. Pension Contribution.
