Kelly Services are now seeking an experienced Recruiter/HR professional to be based onsite at our client Medtronic. You will responsible for the HR management of roughly 260 temporary staff across two sites both based in Galway, whilst continually maintaining the hiring needs of the client, by sourcing new candidates to bring into the business. The ideal candidate will have a mixture of previous HR & Recruitment experience, access to your own vehicle and flexible with working hours. RECRUITMENT/ SOURCING. Attend headcount forecast meetings with the customer’s hiring managers as required (sourcing. Ensure adherence to order process taking as determined by the customer. Candidate attraction in-line with customer requirements. Create marketing campaigns aligned to local market conditions and customer requirements ? Develop role descriptions in conjunction with customer requirements. HIRING. Ensure consistent compliance to recruit and source within client service level agreements (SLA. Ensure that pre-employment and vetting screening is complete, including where relevant security clearance. Ensure that a compliant recruitment process is adhered to at every stage. Create candidate records on company database Tomass/ Sharepoint (Admin. ONBOARDING. Ensure adherence to customer specific on-boarding requirement. Ensure KSE/ Worker is aware of all payroll, holiday, absence process and any other relevant policy or procedure which is relevant to their employment / terms of engagement. HR MANAGEMENT. Ensure compliance with absence management processes including return to work interviews. Ensure compliance with disciplinary and grievance policy engaging with your Program Manager/HR. Performance management including regular reviews of KSE/ Worker. Undertake any account specific management of KSE/ Worker as requested. Understand and apply the Kelly specific and legislative pay and benefits. Ensuring that all KSE/ Worker queries are dealt with in a timely compliant manner. Ensure that the behaviours demonstrated by KSEs/ Workers are aligned to the organisational culture and values of the customer. Ensure Health & Safety requirements are adhered to as required. OFF BOARDING. Ensure that customer is advised appropriately of voluntary leavers. Ensure the legislative process of enforcing a leaver is adhered to. Ensure where there is an enforced leaver we have adhered to the correct Kelly and legislative processes. Engage with local branches and undertake pro active work to redeploy KSE/ Worker as required. Ensure KSE/ Worker is made aware of the exit interview process. Ensure payroll is advised accordingly of leaver’s details including holiday and redundancy where appropriate. COMPLIANCE. Ensure all auditable processes are adhered to - both customer and Kelly Services specific ? Keep abreast of and ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative changes. MANAGEMENT INFORMATION. Ensure that all company records are updated in a timely, accurate and compliant fashion. Ensure that data produced is cleansed and verified before being shared with Kelly Management/the customer. Assisting/ Delivering MI to customer, identifying trends as and when required. Ensure KPIs are met. Any failure to adhere to KPIs / SLAs should be escalated to Program Manager immediately. The ideal candidate ideally would be available to work flexible hours which may include evening work, early mornings or weekend work.  Time in lieu will be given in place of this.
