R.T.Lane Recruitment are resourcing a Supply Chain Analyst for a contract opportunity in the Galway area. The role is with a fast paced Medical Devices company and could easily lead to a permanent role. Fantastic opportunity to join a thriving and expanding company. Role: Preparation of daily production tracker report. Support in issuing daily build plan & kitting schedules. Weekly analysis & review of supplier consignment and kanbans levels. Tracking of weekly Supply Chain metrics. Data maintenance for all Oracle routing changes. Be the point contact for all queries relating to routing structure including standard operations, resources, lead time, units per hour and yield loss. Regular review of UPH and Yield’s with Team Leads & Group Leads for capacity planning analysis. Supply Chain lead on creation of new and updating existing procedure. Monthly Freight reporting and analysis. Quarterly review & updating of Oracle supply chain planning parameters & strategies, safety stock levels, yield data, min-max levels for FG,SA and RM. Annual review and updating of Oracle UPH’s to support budget process and efficiency base line calculation. Provide support to the team across various supply chain projects as identified & assigned. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE. Minimum 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment. Studying for or have successfully completed third level degree and/or APICS, IIPMM or equivalent qualification. Strong knowledge of Oracle supply chain/manufacturing functionality is preferred. Knowledge of routers, BOM’s and production process flows. Ability to analyse data and learn quickly. Knowledge of Microsoft packages and very strong Excel skills. Good communicator, team player, proactive and strong inter personnel skills. Good knowledge of document control procedures & ECO process. Excellent attention to detail. Highly organized with ability to manage a complex workload and to manage time well.
