Are you an experiencedProduction Supervisor or Team Leader and would like to work with a leading Medical Device company in Co Galway? Medical Device or Pharmaceutical experience is mandatory. The Role. Provide leadership to a team of Production employees. Recruit, motivate and lead the team to maximize performance. Liaise with other departments to ensure that the production process is streamlined and efficient. Promote and implement Quality Standards and Specifications. Continuallyseek to drive improvements in product and process quality. Develop the team to maximize individual and team potential. The Person. You must hold a Degree in Engineering or relevant Business Discipline. A minimum of 3 years experience as a production supervisor within a Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry is necessary. Established and demonstrated people management experience is mandatory. You must have demonstrated experience of motivating employees. You must have the ability to deal with employee performance issues in a professional manner.
