Order Management Specialists required with 2 years plus experience. Galway city. Responsibilities: Ensure smooth transfer of orders from Sales department to Production department and ensuring all orders ship on time within SLA. Work with management on corrective actions for orders not delivering to SLA. Register and respond to internal or external customer queries and complaints relating to delivery of orders. Establish good working relationships with suppliers, customers and the production team. Process purchase requisitions/orders within purchasing authority. Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with manufacturing partners. Requirements: A primary degree in business or supply chain. Strong communication, interpersonal and team skills. 2 + years’ experience in an order management role.
