What you need to know. Matrix Recruitment is working closely with our Medical Devices Company in Co Galway in the recruitment of a Design Assurance Engineer . This is a permanent role and you will be reporting to the Quality Manager/Senior Design Assurance Engineer. Salary is €45k + benefits. Your new job. Implement and maintain Design Assurance policies and procedures. Provide training on policies and procedures. Generate design plans, protocols and reports. Provide design assurance continuity across development. Generate device labeling and advertising materials for compliance with applicable regulations. Interface with R&D, Clinical, Marketing, Process Development, Regulatory and Manufacturing to provide technical and quality systems input to new product designs. What are we looking for? Primary degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in a scientific or technical discipline. 3+ years’ relevant experience in a medical device environment. A good decision maker. Thorough knowledge of product development process. Ability to coordinate multiple projects. Excellent written and oral communication.
