Breakfast Chef opportunity Galway. Salary €26,000 - €28,000. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Breakfast Chef for a high end property in Galway. This person must have high volume experience. As a Breakfast Chef you will be responsible for the set up and production of the breakfast food service. This is a great opportunity for a Chef looking to develop their skills in a busy environment that is focused, driven, and creative. Responsibilities: Prepare and serve breakfast for up to 300 guests, ensuring all special requests are met. Conform to the highest level of health and safety / hygiene practices at all times. To prepare all ingredients for service, and all dishes to the required specification. Ensure the smooth running of the kitchen. Prerequisites for this role Include: Minimum of two years experience at Commis or CDP level in a similar type property. Experience working in a fast paced environment and achieving deadlines. Must have experience of mass volume. Be adaptable and innovative. Fully aware and compliant in Food Safety and HACCP Food Management Systems. Have the ability to work logically and methodically. Extremely reliable and have excellent time keeping skills.
