Accounts administrator required for the Ballinasloe area. Minimum of 3 years previous experience in an office based environment, preferably within the Construction Industry. Accounting qualification required. Duties include data entry, word processing, invoicing. Assist with RCT returns, and reconciliation of payments to subcontractors. Good computers skills are essential including MS Excel and MS Word. Exceptional organizational skills and be detail orientated. Good communication skills and a professional telephone manner. Good accuracy for inputting of large quantities of information. Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and manage work efficiently to strict deadlines.
