Currently, an excellent job opportunity is available for a Complaints/ Quality Supervisor to join an established organisation in Galway on a permanent full-time basis. Areas of responsibility will include: Develop, deliver and maintain specific targets and/or KPIs within Quality, Compliance, Productivity and Customer experience to ensure increased and improved company performance. Thorough in-depth analysis, identify industry service trends, allowing for enhance business performance. Continuous review of business processeses, implementing and driving change with overall improved efficiencies in quality compliance and customer's experience. Scheduling team involvement/team management to ensure that it's of the highest standard. Training of new team members ensuring that quality and compliance are delivered. Devise, implement and train on procedures for processes and systems. Adhere to relevant policies and regulations where required. The successful candidate will have the following attributes: 3-5 years experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor with direct exposure to customer compliants. Experienced in working within medical devices (essential. Engineering or Science Qualification. Ability to manage, coordinate and lead teams. Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail with strong commercial business acumen. Ability to influence within the team whilst using a strong interpersonal skill set. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced changing medical devices environment. Excellent communicator, with the ability to communicate technical knowledge at different levels.
