Matrix Recruitment is working closely with their Client a Medical devices manufacturing company in. the Galway region in the recruitment of Quality Engineer – (Quality Systems / Supplier Quality. This is a permanent position – based in Galway. Your new job. Responsible for co-ordinating the NCR and CAPA’s. Manage product related customer complaints, investigation, root cause / corrective action and customer feedback. Co-ordinate return of defective product and associated investigation with BMR Sales & sub-contract manufacturing operations as required. Development and application of the BMR quality system as it relates to specified elements of the QMS, including training for compliance to ISO13485 and the FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR. Responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of Quality Management Programs aimed at optimising product quality and processes in the BMR sub-contract manufacturing operations & sub-tier suppliers, including supplier visits as required. Responsible for Design Assurance relating to new product introductions and change management for legacy products as part of a Design team. Responsible for ensuring that the Risk Management File is developed throughout NPDprocess, according ISO14971. Verify product specifications include outputs of risk management. Review test plans for verification/validation. Ensure verification and validation activities close and document all risk items. What are we looking for? Experience of working in a certified Quality Management System. Experience in one or more of the following areas: - Quality Systems – (Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), Customer Complaints, Internal audits. - Supplier Quality – (Supplier audits, Corrective actions, etc. - Design Quality – (Risk Management, Validation, Verification testing. 3+ Years minimum experience.
