We are currently seeking a Full Time Senior Beauty Therapist to join our warm, friendly and professional team. The role is for an experienced and competent therapist who has the ability to consistently deliver the highest professional standards. Primary Duties: Provide exceptional service and customer care for our discerning clients with the ability to bestow all your professional knowledge in a competent and friendly manner. Work well with your colleagues in a genuine and positive manner. Learn develop and grow professionally taking on-board the clinics ethos and ethical values. Requirements: 3 Years minimum experience. Experience and training with the following a distinct advantage: Environ Skincare,Image Skincare,Yon Ka Skincare, Candella Laser Hair Removal,Ellipse IPL Thread Vein Removal,Ellipse IPL Skin Rejuvenation, Dermica Micro- needling,Threading and Specialised Waxing. Self-motivated professionally with the ability to work well within a team in a genuine and positive manner. Have attention to detail ensuring hygiene standards and treatment practice are consistently maintained at the high professional standards our clients expect. Have exceptional technique and skill in all treatments: Beauty, Spa & Advanced Skincare. Be experienced and competent in treating and advising on all skin conditions with the ability to offer indebt advice and homecare and treatment programs. Willing to continually train on all treatments and product lines. Take pride in their appearance, and stays up-to-date with industry trends. Have the maturity to take guidance and follow it when offered. C.I.D.E.S.C.O / C.I.B.T.A.C. / I.T.E.C. You will have access to courses - both internal and external. No charge for personal treatments and you may also purchase all your products at cost price. Full time role with excellent pay plus incentives on retail & services. Positive and friendly team. Wages + Commission on Treatments and Retail + Incentives. No Sunday or Bank Holiday work.
