EMC Engineer - County Galway. In this role you will bein charge of performing EMC tests on several product lines: • analyzing the EMC test plan to setup the test and apply the relevant parameters, • perform the EMC tests and analyze the results after each sweep, • ensure the good quality level of tests performed, • communicate daily the results and analysis to project team, • Write the final report to formalize the conformity judgement. Understand and respect the Quality Management System, and be an active member of continuous improvement. The EMC engineer will participate in EMC methodology on electronic projects (analysis of EMC constraints in the customer specification, validation design during tests or debugging it to improve the EMC performances. Key Responsibilities: Customer interface: • Communicate daily the results of tests performed. Technical responsibilities: • Ensure the quality of the tests performed and the correct analysis. Billability: • Invoice time spent on the projects on time. Quality: • Respect the processes defined to be compliant to COFRAC accreditation. • Declare any process malfunction with the QRQC tool, and put in place the right corrective actions. • Participate actively to continuous improvement. Activity follow up and reporting: • Ensure the delivery of reports 3 weeks after end of tests. Qualifications and Experience Required: • Electronic Engineering Degree. • At least 2 to 3 years' experience in EMC/Hardware development environment.
