Our Client is a grocery retail group whom emphasise fresh food quality and service. They currently seek experienced Deli Assistants to be a part of their team.   Requirements of the Deli Assistant Job: 2+ years catering, café or retail deli experience. Should enjoy working in a food serving and customer facing environment. HACCP and food safety training is a bonus for this job however not a necessity as onsite training will be provided. Ability to work as part of a team.    Responsibilities of the Deli Assistant Job: Taking direction from the Deli Manager and completing any of the tasks assigned. Preparation of the hot and cold food counter. Ensuring all food safety and HACCP standards are met. Dealing with customer queries. Continually working in a timely and efficient manner.
