Experienced Sous Chef required for a charming bar/restaurant in Clarinbridge. Our client is looking to recruit an experinced Sous Chef in tranquill enviroment in the west of Ireland. If you would like to work in a friendly enviroment where being a team player is key, this position would be perfect for you. The ideal candidate will be second in command to the head chef and therefore must be competent to run a kitchen in the head chefs absence. The candidate must be HACCP certified and have a good knowledge of food saftey and hygiene. This role will require working at the weekends.
