Duties and responsibilities include: Working closely with the the Lounge manager to ensure the smooth running of the Bar and Lounge. Ensuring service levels adhere to the required 4 star levels. To effectively manage beverage and wage costs to ensure maximum profit while adhering to Radisson standards of service. Placing orders and keeping a close control of stock. Setting up function bars when required. Ensuring the cleanliness of bars and maintaining exceptional standards. Training all staff to required standard in order to provide exceptional service. Creating staff rosters and mainting the EPS system. The ideal candidate will be: A strong leader and a strong trainer. Cost conscienous. have exceptional customer service skills. mangerial experience in the bar and hospitality industry essential for this role.
