The idealIT Helpdesk German speakingcandidate: The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Information Systems or asimilar field. Fluency in English and German is essential. Familiarity with general IT concepts i.e.Java, ++, ABAP/4 etc, HTTP/HTTPS protocols andXML. Passion for learning new concepts and technologies. Excellent problem solving. Analytical skills. IT Helpdesk German Job responsibilities: The responsibilities of this role include: Analysing incidents, researching solutions and providing answers easily understood by the customer. Troubleshooting complex problems and provide the best available solutions. Documenting issueswithin theCRM database. Suggest potential process improvements and collaborating with your work colleagues on a continual basis.
