Prepare set ups for tables and/or rooms as directed by the Restaurant Manager. Ensure that guests receive immediate recognition in a courteous and professional manner at all times. Manage all guest requests in a timely and efficient manner. Follow cash handling procedures as per company standard. Occasionally assist and support the bar during busy periods.
