Below is a list of the most important criteria you will need to have: Supplier Selection, Supplier Quality Management, Supplier Negotiation and Supplier Management with experience in a sub contracting environment. You will need to come from an R&D environment. Planning Experience – will be working with commercial teams, sales and operations planning, doing master schedules, working with suppliers and maintaining supply chain. R&D is onsite so this person will have to oversee the supply chain element of R&D , from concept to production. People Management experience is essential. No. of years work experience: Approx. 15 years experience, with 7- 10 years at management level in Supply Chain & Operations.
