Due to continued success and plans for expansion, a leading Irish company is currently recruiting for a number of experienced ‘Outbound’ Telesales Agents for their site based in Galway. The role will involve cold calling potential customers to create new business opportunities. You will love talking to customers, have an out-going personality with the ability to both inform and persuade new customers to come on board. Previous outbound sales experience from a call centre environment is a must! Essential requirements: At least 6 months’ recent experience within an ‘ outbound’ telephony / sales environment Excellent communication, negotiation & listening skills. Fluent English – both written and spoken. Good organisational skills. Good admin skills – data entry, Word / Excel. Some experience of account management. In return, this company can offer a generous commission structure along with exceptional opportunities for progression to the right candidate. Basic Salary: €19k - €21k depending on experience. Commission: Earnings in total up to €30k in first year. Location: Galway.
