Technical Support Analyst. Overview: This is a vibrant role liaising with multiple teams helping resolve issues and contribute to ongoing projects revolving around support tools, knowledge management to name a few. Responsibilities: Customer liaison via phone, email or remote control. Technical fault analysis & troubleshooting. Keep customers informed of the status of their helpdesk issues. Respond quickly to issues, escalating to product development team where required. Requirements: Experience of PC networking hardware/software concepts. Familiar with SQL / MS SQL server and databases. Exposure to Windows 7 / 10 / Server 2012 in a network environment. Root cause analysis and replicate and test problems in multiple environments.
