Our well established Galway tech client is currently seeking to recruit graduate Italian Market Development Reps to start 6 week contract on 21st August . You will start your role at the company by contacting hotel clients in your allocated territory through outbound telephone calling. In this role, you will make outbound calls to potential clients who have expressed interest in learning more about the company or appear to be strong potential customers based upon market research. The Italian Market Development Representative qualifies prospective customers through targeted questions about their business strategy to include informing them about company's offering and ascertains the likelihood of the prospect being a good match for company's current services. Your main focus will be on company's current CRM hotel database. Your key responsibilities will include: Updating customer database system with key customer contact details. In doing so, you will provide customers with a professional and courteous service, whilst establishing long-term customer relationships with the business. Your experience: Exceptional English and Italian verbal and written communication; strong phone skills are vital. Some experience in a customer-facing role or a love for regular human interaction. Experience in sales or CRM, building relationships with key decision makers would be advantageous.
