The French Customer Service Specialist is responsible for a variety of sales support and order processing functions for both internal and external customers. Responsibilities include: •Process all orders received via CRM system. •Communicate proactively with internal and external customers regarding order statuses. •Maintain customer’s open orders on a daily basis. Investigate any order issues. •Stay aware of inventory levels and requirements. •Other duties as assigned. The skills and experience needed: • Fluency in English and French (written and spoken. •Good keyboarding and typing skills. •Experienced at investigating and resolving complex issues. •Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and global environment. •SAP or other ERP system experience is a significant advantage. •Good quality Customer Service experience.
