Excellent problem solving. Analytical skills. The Cloud SupportGerman Job responsibilities: The responsibilities of this role include: Analysing incidents, researching solutions and providing answers easily understood by the customer. Troubleshooting complex problems and providing the best available solutions. Documenting issueswithin theCRM database. Suggest potential process improvements and collaborating with your work colleagues on a continual basis.
