Experienced Hotel Receptionist required for a contemporary 3 star hotel located in Galway city. Competitive rate of pay offered at €11.50 per hour. The ideal candidate: must have previous experience working as a hotel receptionist (minimum 1 year. must have exemplary customer service skills. must be able to multi task and work under pressure. must have a 'can do' attitude. must be competent to handle guest complaints in a professional manner. must be computer literate. A working knowledge of Hotsoft is desirable. Full time hours will be offered for the busy summer period, however this is a part time (3 days a week) role.
