EXPERIENCED RESTAURANT MANAGER FOR LUXURY HOTEL IN THE SOUTH WEST. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Restaurant Manager to join the team in a beautiful hotel in the West of Ireland. This role is for a well experienced, fine dining Restaurant Manager with 5 years plus as a senior manager. As Restaurant Manager within this hotel, you will be responsible for each food and beverage outlet and you would be expected to be involved in all aspects of the restaurant including promotions, operations & people management. The person would be expected to guide & develop the team, maintain the hotels high standards & focus on improving food service and offering. The candidate: 5 years plus as a Restaurant Manager level within either a 4*/5* hotel, AA Rosette Restaurant or Michelin Star Restaurant. 5 years plus in the Irish Hospitality industry. Excellent level of wine knowledge is essential. Possess a true passion for food, a customer focused attitude and the ability to work and lead a large team. Leadership qualities, strong personality and excellent people management skills. Must be impeccably presented. Responsible for Staffing, rosters and budgets within your department. Train & develop your team to deliver outstanding service to each & every customer. Have excellent communications skills and create a team environment.
