Responsibilities. This role will focus on developing and implementing strategy on global commodity and production lines. That includescollaborating with other sites to onboarding new suppliers to the ERP and negotiating with new suppliers globally, particularly in low cost regions. You will manage cost KPIs via supplier negotiations, supplier competition and innovative strategies. Also, you will keep all suppliers and internal team members compliant while undertaking internal and external audits. There will be plenty of vendor management involving consignment, stocking programs and minimum order quantity strategies with suppliers aiming to improve inventory management and supplier performance. The succesful candidate will manage projects across the globe ensuring no disruption of materials during transfer of production and also aiming to reduce lead times and reducing cost by sourcing from new suppliers. Qualifications/Requirements. Bachelors degree in supply chain management. 2 years of sourcing experience or equivalent. Strong negotiation and project management skills.
