Our client is recruiting for a Buying Administrative Assistant to be based at their Head Office in Galway. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Buying function within the Company. To be considered for this role you must have: Third level qualification, minimum 2.1 Honours Degree in any field. Strong Leaving Cert results and maths level. A genuine interest in buying and in building a career in this area. Strong Microsoft Excel. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal, written, communication /interpersonal skills. Be highly motivated and ambitious. Be highly numerate and process focused. Responsibilities include: Assisting with administration. Stock replenishment to stores. Monitoring stock levels. Liaising with suppliers. Follow through on telephone/email queries from stores. Production of timely reports. Liaising with logistics department.
