Senior Project Manager - Co. Galway. Job Mission: • To program manage industrial launches into other sites, in line with corporate global growth. • Ensure industrial KPIs are delivered in line with budget. • Report Dashboard monthly performance to Directors. Key Responsibilities: Manage industrial project performance. • Ensure all project milestones are achieved. Manage project milestones & timing of industrial launches into "Daughter" sites in line with "Mother" site standards/requirements. • Manage & co-ordinate project with Daughter site on weekly basis. • Align and ensure full process validation by customer. · Validate capacity availability and investments in production site, accountable for ramp-up phase deliveries. • Check and validate Project Team Members' activities and propose timing scenario to achieve milestones. · Define scope of projects. · Specifically support the co-ordination of build scheduling and Engineering Changes to ensure that project milestones are met with minimal impact to operational efficiency and costs. Manage hierarchically and operationally the Project Managers/Industrial Managers. •Ensure recruitment, appraisal and coaching of Project Managers' network. · Manage Project Team resources ensuring its optimisation with Projects' needs. Manage industrial Budget. • Launch and define budget. • Manage budget. Report progress development progress. Manage Industrial Operations Performance. • Ensure Industrial KPIs are achieved for Launch Ramp in line with targets. • Manage KPI Dashboard Reviews, & ensure delivery in line with budget. • Escalate at the right level and with relevant speed/anticipation the gaps versus targets. • Analyse & align industrial planning to MTP / budget. • Ensure Capex budget in place in time to meet industrial time-lines. Interested applicants should have: • Engineering Degree/Diploma in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Industrial/Electronics Engineering or equivalent. • Personal skills to manage functional organisation. Knowledge of automotive manufacturing environment (minimum 7/10 years. Proven track record as Project Manager (5/7 years) and/or Department Manager (2/3 years.
