Technical Project Manager - Galway - Permanent. Responsibilities: The Project Manager accomplishes project objectives by planning project activities; evaluating implementation and progress of project. Deliver quality projects within schedule, budget and scope. Ensures project documents are complete and current. Submits project status reports to stakeholders; plans releases; anticipates and reacts to change. Always delivers the highest quality service. Determine and implement the exact needs of your stakeholders. Create and maintain effective communication within team and across the business. Focus main attention on reducing risk significantly by adhering to a policy of open communication, ensuring that project participants can voice their opinions and concerns. Strives to maintain the progress and mutual interaction and tasks of various parties in such a way that reduces the risk of overall failure, maximises benefits and reduces costs. Requirements: Accreditation (PMBOK, PRINCE2, PMP, Degree, Dip) or other relevant accreditation. 3-5 years' experience in management of complex projects in a fast paced environment. Proven track record in delivering projects on-time and on budget. Be able to work at a detailed level whilst being able to extract key points for communication to senior management. Knowledge of business analysis methodologies. Attributes: Excellent oral and written communication skills. The ability to influence and support in driving change in the organization. Establishes rapport with people easily, developing and maintaining a network of contacts who can provide information, assistance, and access to others.
