Currently, we are recruiting a Financial Accountant to join an established organisation in Galway on a permanent full time basis. Areas of responsibility will include: Provide accurate, timely and analysed financial data to management. Create, report and analyse financial data in accordance with internal policy. Prepare monthly reports with agreed deadlines. Prepare and post monthly journals to the general ledger. Assist in preparing the annual operating plan and monthly forecast submissions. Reconcile and maintain key balance sheet control forecast accounts. Support internal and external audits. Participate in cross functional teams. Generate and present financial reports and analysis to management. The successful candidate will have the following attributes: Qualified ACA or ACCA Accountant with a minimum of 2-3 years post qualification experience, in a busy accounting environment. Excellent technical/analytical and interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail. Excellent communication skills.
