Sales Executive - Cuisine/Chef- Kerry : This role would suit a qualified chef, seeking to move away from the kitchen but stay within Food and Hospitality. Responsibilities of the Sales Rep: Identify Develop and Manage Strong customer relations with Senior Chefs, Kitchen Managers, Head Chefs, Restaurant Owners. Daily contact with existing accounts, to ensure customer satisfaction. Managing and developing long lasting business relations within designated territory. Working closely with Area Managers - to ensure target and growth are achieved. Ensure all clients needs and requirements are met with speed and accuracy ensuring repeat business. Achieve territory growth and targets within proactive Business Development and product cross selling to existing accounts. Requirements: Ideal Candidate will have a strong passion for food with a working knowledge of 4/5 Star Kitchen Operations. You must have strong culinary skills set with a understanding of seasonality and compatibility of produce. Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to understand Kitchen Margins and Produce Costings. Excellent Customer Awareness and focus on developing and maintaining strong relations with Executive and Head Chef's. Good knowledge of the food distribution sector, fresh, frozen and dry goods. Ability to communicate and Negotiate with Senior Chef's. Strong Organisational and Planning skills are essential. Full clean drivers licence.
