This sales representative role is to maintain and manage existing client relationships while developing new channels of distribution across the region. Key responsibilities include: Responsible for maximising sales volumes across the full product portfolio. Meet and surpass KPIs and targets for sales, volumes and calls. Make sure all orders are captured efficiently and follow up on delivery. Suggest and implement promotional activities and work closely with the merchandising team. Identify and act on opportunities to increase volumes and sales in the region. Key requirements include: At least six years’ field sales experience preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry. Proven ability to meet and surpass targets. Ability to work independently and manage a region successfully. Strong influencing and negotiating skills. Full and clean driving licence.
