Purchasing / Accounts Assistant required with 2 years plus in an accounts function. Co. Galway. Responsibilities: Daily reconciliations of purchase orders to invoices. Reviewing charges invoiced to ensure they relate back to original orders and following up on any discrepancies through communication with agents from several sites in UK & Ireland. Miscellaneous accounts department administration. Requirements: Previous administration / accounts experience essential. Strong attention to detail. Experience in Excel essential.
