Facilities Management company requires a Junior HR Generalist for a Perm Role. This role is perfect for an experienced HR Admin looking to move to the next stage of their career. The day to day will involve 40% payroll, 40% recruitment and 20% advisory. You will be using a paper timesheet system initially, while the Elephant smart system is being slowly introduced. The successful candidate will be recruiting for an average of 10 open recs a week, the majority of which being contract roles. ER experience would be an advantage.
