Sous Chef required for a busy 4* hotel in the Athlone area. My client is seeking a Sous Chef that is experienced in working in a busy, fast paced, high volume experience. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for good quality food and will strive to learn new skills in order to progress in their career. The Ideal Candidate: Capable of working well as part of a team. Excellent working knowledge of HACCP. Ability to work on their own initiative. Passion for producing high quality food. Confidence and ability to run a kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef. Experience in working in a high volume, fast paced environment. Ability to work under pressure.
