Accounts Administrator required with strong background in accounts and SAGE. Long term contract. Galway city. Weekly accounts payable administration including booking invoices in SAGE accounting system and processing invoices for payment. Reviewing creditor balances and ensuring prompt payment. Daily recording of accounts receivable including recording cheques in cheque log, in donor management system and in SAGE accounting system. Preparation and recording of bank lodgements. Preparation and review of bank reconciliations. Manage office travel including booking travel and accommodation. Provision of administrative support to Chief Executive. Assisting with organisations event management as required.
