We are looking for a Web Content Coordinator to join our growing Web team who are responsible for running the www.smythstoys.com websites. This role is located in our Head Office in Galway. This is a unique and challenging opportunity where the successful candidate will learn and work on the world class eCommerce platform, Hybris, experiencing a fully integrated web solution and getting exposure to our end-to-end web business processes from replenishment, stock management, promotion creation and management, content co-ordination, web data and customer service and fulfillment. Duties and Responsibilities include: Working within the Content Management team to manage, update and maintain web content on the UK and Irish websites. Creating, managing and running online promotions. Maintaining and updating product details including awareness and monitoring dynamic updates on price and stock to the website from SAP, our ERP system. Collaborating closely with the inhouse Web Design team who are responsible for content creation across web, social, instore POS and print. Working closely with the Buying and Marketing teams to manage, organise and update web content inline with buying strategies and marketing campaigns. Working with the Google Analytics team and SEO as necessary to ensure target keywords and other SEO requirements are maximised in web content. Reviewing and updating to web all product reviews. What we’re looking for from you: BA/BS or equivalent working experience. Experience in creating, organising and managing content for the web on back office systems. Have an editorial mindset and great attention to detail. Excellent project management skills with an understanding of how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment.
