Key Duties & Skills: Follow up with customers in relation to overdue invoices and record as appropriate. Deal with any relevant customer queries, liaising internally as appropriate, to ensure they are fully resolved. Continue to build relationships with relevant customers as assigned. Participate in process improvement to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Produce monthly reports and support close process at month end. Ad hoc duties as appropriate. Key Skills & Responsibilities: 1 years' relevant experience in an credit role - high volume experience highly advantageous. Third level Diploma/Degree an advantage. Excellent communication skills. Strong analytical skills. Outstanding organisational skill a must. Keen eye for detail. Strong systems experience and ERP experience advantageous. Excellent MS Office experience.
