The successful consultant will be able to source and identify the best candidates alongside having a natural ability to recognise and attract new clients to enhance continued company growth. Main Responsibilities • Facilitate the full recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates, to arranging interviews and making job offers. • Create and maintain a pipeline of current and future candidates by growing internal and external networks and other recruitment channels. • Readily be suggesting new ideas to find the best candidates in the quickest and most efficient way possible. • Providing excellent customer service to both candidates and clients to promote the Kate Cowhig brand. • Create reports on progress of recruitment activities on a monthly basis. • Manage job postings. • Sourcing and approaching candidates through job websites, LinkedIn, social media, networking, referrals and database marketing. • Networking with candidates and clients frequently, organising networking events and client presentations. • Presenting to and advising clients on market trends, topical issues and recruitment solutions. • Ability to source and screen Nursing CV’s. • Working to KPI targets including call volumes and revenue targets. • Growth of existing customer revenue through maximising opportunities and ensuring we are meeting the requirements of our customers at all times. Recognised third level qualification. Thrive in a fast-paced, busy and competitive environment. Self-starter able to meet goals and deadlines. Be naturally entrepreneurial and have the ability to thrive in a conceptual sales role. Have strong interpersonal ability, be highly competitive and a self-starter.
