Currently, a job opportunity is available for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join an established organisation in Galway to complete a contract duration of twelve months .
Areas of responsibility will include:
Ensure all payroll related data is provided in a timely & accurate manner
Review payroll calculations prior to final approval
Ensure accurate cash flow forecasting with regard to payroll costs
Keep current of regulatory changes relevant to payroll
Perform year end reconciliations
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
Minimum 2-3 years experience in high volume payroll, preferably within a large organisation
Have strong communication skills
Be knowledgeable in using ERP systems and MS Excel
