Job Title Supply Chain Specialist
Description

Supply Chain Specialist required with high volume electronics experience with the following background:

This role is within the logistics department. The role will invole working with electronic components and backend components so if you have this type of industry background it would help but its not essential.


You will be mainly working on planning/scheduling - logistics. This role will also involve dealing with suppliers and/or customers. There is a buyer network there already. You will be dealing withsuppliers on the initial setup and also the customers.

The main job responsibilities include:

- Manage supply chain activities to support new products:
 Define Supply Chain concepts & make quotation; Define detailed Supply Chain solutions;
 Initiate, define and lead logistics FMEA & Information System;
Validate suppliers
 Define and qualify Finished Goods & Work In Process packaging; Qualify supplier packaging;
 Define, validate and qualify Transportation Logistics Service Providers protocols;
 Define and qualify Supply Chain process equipment & Internal flows;
 Define, validate and qualify Supply Chain master data & Information System;
 Support on Continuous improvement Supply Chain process
 Follow & reach Project milestones (pre-serial deliveries, FDPR, ramp-up…);
 Use Supply Chain checklist template to manage day to day activity and monthly review progress with Project Manager;
 Is responsible for project logistics issues until phase 4b (6 months after SOP);
 Attend Project meetings and lead PM assignments;

Background

  • 3 Years in Supply Chain Management, operational or project experience ideally in Automotive Industry company.
