TheInside Renewals Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing the maintanence contract renewal process from start to finahc and also to identify growth opportunites. Key responsibilities include:
Identify growth opportunites within the account either by up-sellling the exsisting service or identifying opportunites to transition to a new service
Present and communicate maintenance renewal policis an d processes including explaining the specifici details and deliverables
Assist in replying to clients RFP/RFIs
Oversee renewal contract order upload
Be the point of contact for any renewal issues or questions
Key requirements include
At least five years sales experience
Fluent in spoken and written French
Strong prioritizing and multi-tasking skills
