This role is focused on the coordination of the training function, administration of training events, and communication with employees.

The Job:

• Administration of Learning Development Software
• Coordinate Learning & Development Activities
• Compile Training Metrics
• Generate Reports on employee training status

The Person:

• 2 to 5 years training and development experience
• Experience with SuccessFactors/LMS an advantage
• Excellent IT skills
