The Paediatric Nurse Manager provides clinical and managerial support to the Nurses and Carers who are working with children living with life limiting conditions in the community.
This role will involve attending multidisciplinary team meetings at hospital, visiting the homes of the children, planning transfer from hospital to home, working with the family and your nursing staff to ensure that the clinical management of the paediatric home care cases is managed appropriately.
You will train, support, guide and roster the staff in your team, you will visit the family, you will ensure that everything is done to give the child the best possible care.

A registered Paediatric/Children's Nurse or dual qualified
Have strong clinical experience
Have excellent organisational and communication skills
