Salary: 30,000-35,000 DOE
Facility: 5* Hotel
Job Requirements:
Provide guests with product of a 5* standard of preparation and presentation Reporting to the Head Chef Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role 2 years previous 5* Hotel Pastry experience is essential Detailed knowledge of Food Hygiene and HACCP standards Flexible regarding work shifts
