Our client is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to work as part of the Kitchen Team in order to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and service in a 5-Star Hotel in Galway.

Salary: €30,000-€35,000 DOE
Facility: 5* Hotel
Job Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role Assist the Head Chef with the day to day kitchen operations Ensure consistently high food quality standards Maintain food cost in line with, or better than, budget Manage the labour resource in the kitchen in line with, or better than, budget Maintain impeccable hygiene standards through implementation of HACCP principles
